Remote access that can be explained

Regulated teams need more than a secure protocol label. They need a clear user, endpoint, route, destination, data path, owner and review cycle around each privileged workflow.

Separate infrastructure support from sensitive data

Define administrative destinations, approved support paths, transfer restrictions and escalation rules without exposing patient information during assessment.

Typical issue
Broad support access
Working output
System-specific route matrix

Respect the IT and OT boundary

Document when a Windows workstation may reach Linux management systems, which gateway mediates access and how emergency paths are approved.

Typical issue
Unclear boundary ownership
Working output
Gateway and exception record
Control model

A client is one component in a larger system

Ridgeway does not claim that MobaXterm creates compliance. We help teams map client behavior to existing identity, endpoint, network, server, monitoring and governance controls.

What an assessment does—and does not—establish

We provide architecture and operational recommendations based on the evidence and scope available. We do not provide legal advice, certify compliance, perform an audit opinion or guarantee that a control will prevent every incident. Your authorized legal, security and compliance owners retain final decisions.

Accountability questions

Can the review avoid production data?

Yes. We prefer diagrams, configuration exports with secrets removed, test accounts and representative nonproduction systems.

Do you map to a specific framework?

We can map decisions to a customer-provided control set. Framework interpretation and compliance conclusions remain with the customer’s authorized advisors.

Can one baseline cover every environment?

Usually there is a common core plus documented environment-specific routes and exceptions.
