We help US organizations turn an adaptable Windows remote-access toolbox into a documented operating model—with clear session standards, trust boundaries, endpoint controls and support ownership.
Ridgeway is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mobatek. MobaXterm is a trademark of its respective owner.
MobaXterm combines terminal sessions, an X server, graphical SSH file browsing, tunnels and multiple remote protocols. Ridgeway maps those capabilities to the way your organization authenticates, segments networks, manages endpoints and supports users.

Our engagements separate “can the client do it?” from “should this organization permit it, under which conditions, and who owns the exception?”

Standardized SSH sessions, controlled file transfer and a support-ready approach for teams working across Linux estates.

Documented access routes and support boundaries for environments where accountability matters as much as speed.
Short answers before a deeper discovery conversation.
No. Ridgeway is an independent consultancy. Licensing, downloads and official product support remain with the product publisher and its authorized channels.
We can document requirements and decision criteria. The official comparison lists limits for Home Edition and additional customization, deployment and unlimited-use capabilities for Professional Edition; final commercial terms should be confirmed with the publisher.
Our standard assessment does not require production secrets. We review control design, configuration evidence and sanitized examples. Any exceptional handling is agreed in writing before work begins.
It is a remote-computing client with secure protocol capabilities. Security outcomes still depend on identity, endpoint, network, server, logging and operational controls around it.
Yes. Most discovery, design review and pilot support can be delivered across the United States. On-site workshops are scoped separately.
We normally provide architecture, standards, pilot support and handoff. Production changes remain under your authorized administrators unless a separate implementation scope is approved.
